These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Dew Clean (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Dew Clean provides commercial cleaning services, including one-time and recurring cleaning, as agreed upon in writing or verbally prior to service.
All services are performed according to the agreed scope of work. Any changes to the scope may require a revised quote.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.
Final pricing may change after an on-site walk-through or if the scope of work changes.
Pricing is quoted per job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms will be communicated prior to service.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If access is not available and service cannot be completed, a cancellation or service fee may apply.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
One-time services: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Recurring services: Ongoing schedules can be adjusted with advance notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items prior to service
Inform us of any hazards, special conditions, or restricted areas
Provide a safe working environment for our staff
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or undisclosed hazards.
6. Satisfaction & Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review and address the issue.
We take service quality seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
7. Damage & Liability
While we take care to work professionally and responsibly:
Dew Clean is not liable for damage due to normal wear, improper installation, or pre-existing conditions.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided for the affected visit.
Any claims must be reported promptly.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate recurring services with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or if Terms are repeatedly violated.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during inquiries or service is used only to provide and manage services.
